What to Bring​

Please bring in your live scan form completed, a photo ID and form of payment.

    Request for Live Scan Service Form

     

    Please bring in your Request for Live Scan Service Form completely filled out.  If you do not have one then contact the Agency or Employer who's requesting your background check to provide you with one.  If you still need help obtaining a form you can call our office and we will try and assist you.

    Drivers License or a Valid Form of ID

    ​​

    Please bring in either your California or Out of State Drivers License, California ID, Passport or Mexican Consulant ID with you. 

    Form of Payment

    ​​

    We accept all forms of payment- Cash, Personal and Corporate Checks, and all major Credit Cards.  Please contact us if your company would like to setup a Monthly Billing Account.
